What is Japanese Knotweed
Japanese Knotweed is an invasive plant which is very difficult to control and manage.
It impacts on biodiversity by forming thick, dense colonies that can crowd out other plant species.
It is frequently found alongside:
- roads
- railways
- watercourses

We offer the following treatment services for landowners to help control the spread of Japanese Knotweed:
Domestic sites: 5 year spray treatment plan
Micro sites (up to 4m2): Spray treatment plan

The quotation will match the domestic site charges, plus £17.81 per hour (incl. VAT).
This includes the added time spent on dealing with areas over and above 50m2.

Before making a request please see the following list of services we do not offer:
- investigate disputes with neighbouring land owners about the spread of Japanese Knotweed
- assist in finding out who owns land that Japanese Knotweed is causing a concern
- take legal action in relation to Japanese Knotweed
