Access to meetings - Information

Most of the meetings of Council, together with the Cabinet and other Committee meetings, are open to the public, as will be the reports to those meetings. The exception under the "Access to Information" provisions will be those parts of the meetings and reports where there will be the likely disclosure of "exempt information", such as staffing matters, financial and business affairs of people or companies with whom the Council has dealings and matters relating to legal proceedings.
