Delivery Plan

Alongside this strategy we will develop and publish an annual delivery plan (linked to our forward financial plan), setting out the key actions, projects, and programmes that are to be delivered for the year. This approach allows for some flexibility around longer-term activities and will help all our DDaT staff to understand how they are contributing to the overarching corporate aims and objectives.

The delivery plan will be aligned to our new strategic delivery themes as follows:

  • Using the right technology
  • Data and research led decision making
  • Our people
