Permits
Permits are required when premises provide a gambling facility but either the stakes and prizes are very low or gambling is not the main function of the premises. Permits are required for the following activities:
- premises that offer only low stake, low prize gaming machines (category D only)
- alcohol licensed premises that offer gaming machines (category C & D only)
- member club premises that offer gaming machines and other forms of gambling activity
