What we do

As well as enforcing relevant building legislation there are other functions carried out by Local Authority Building Control.

We are also able to offer a range of Added Value services such as SAP calculations, energy performance certification, code for sustainable homes assessments, BREEAM, air pressure testing and  structural calculations.
