Bus service updates
Following South Wales Transport’s decision to stop operating the 202 and 204 bus services, Neath Port Talbot Council has put the following temporary solutions in place.
Bus service 202 replacement – Neath to Port Talbot & Port Talbot to Neath
From Monday 24th July to Friday 1st September, a free shuttle will be operated by Forge Travel on this route (Monday to Friday only).
Passengers will be picked up from the locations below to connect to service 87 to Port Talbot. The shuttle will stop at Neath Port Talbot hospital on the way.
To avoid long delays between pick up and your service 87 connection, please stick to the times below as the shuttle will only operate on a two hourly basis.

Passengers will be picked up from the locations below to connect to service 4 to Neath.

How much will it cost?
The service is free to everyone. No bus pass needed.
Will the shuttle vehicle be suitable for people with disabilities and people with pushchairs / trolleys?
- Select will be operating a service vehicle which is PSVAR (Passenger Services Vehicle Accessibility Regulations) compliant
- Forge Travel will be operating a wheelchair accessible minibus, both vehicles will be able to accommodate shopping trolleys
What happens after the summer holidays?
