The Council has received an application for an environmental permit for a Small Waste Incineration Plant from Tyregen UK Limited. The Council has considered the application and has come to the conclusion to refuse the permit. A copy of the decision has also been placed in the public register and is available for public inspection, free of charge, at the Environmental Health Section of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, The Quays, Brunel Way, Neath, SA11 2GG.  The draft decision can be viewed during normal office hours 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (4.30 p.m. Friday) by appointment.
