Cost

For first time applicants, there is a one off legal fee of £75 plus the first year rent of £90 in advance.

Rent of £90 (including VAT) is then collected annually.

Pay your rent

Payments can be made by:

  • Direct Debit
  • cash in person
  • online if you have an invoice number (select Sundry Debtors Invoice)

Apply for a garage/plot
