Application forms

Discharge of conditions

The use of this form is for the discharge of conditions imposed by the SAB in the approval Decision Notice issued, regarding the SuDS application made for a site.

It is important that you ensure the correct information is provided on the application form, to enable the SAB to assess against the condition looking to be discharged.

Pre-application advice

If you require pre-application advice then complete the relevant form using the link below or on the pre-application advice page.

Full application form

The link below gives access to the necessary form that is required to be completed for any proposed sustainable drainage system for developments and is a separate process to that of the planning route.

'No work can commence on site until such time that SAB approval has been granted'

For making a full application then use the link marked full application below. However failure to submit all required information for a full application could delay your application from being validated, or lead to a refusal.

Once a full application is made and validated, there will be no correspondence to discuss matters of further information required, as the application will be assessed on the information submitted. Any shortfall in information required would lead to a refusal being issued.

If the information has not been deemed appropriate and further information in support of the application is not submitted to allow determination, then after the 7 weeks or 12 weeks (if an EIA is required), the SAB will determine the application by default and it will be refused due to lack of information.
