Powys County Council (Acting) Returning Officer's observations

As Returning Officer for Powys County Council I have noted that Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council is to undertake a review of Polling Districts, Polling Places and Polling Stations.

With regard to the existing Polling Districts I have no comment to make, and am content to leave this aspect of the review to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.

One of the Polling Stations requires examination with a view to seeking an alternative location. I would ask the Council to consider the following recommendation which is as follows:-
