Neath Port Talbot Council is urging residents to take care as Storm Eunice hits Wales today.
The Met Office has issued a red warning of wind which is likely to cause significant disruption across the country borough.
Neath Port Talbot Council’s teams are on standby to respond to the changing weather conditions.
