The Newid First Point of Contact (FPOC) is the new route into services for people who are concerned about their own, or someone else’s, use of drugs and/or alcohol in Neath Port Talbot.
The First Point of Contact (FPOC) helps people access the advice and support that they need, when they need it, as we have extended the number of ways that people can make contact with services.
