Aberavon Seafront Masterplan - Public drop in sessions

In February 2024 Neath Port Talbot Council held a public consultation which sought views on how residents and visitors would like to see Aberavon Seafront develop in future. As a result, over 440 surveys were completed and 236 people attended face to face drop in sessions to feed in their ideas.

Neath Port Talbot Council is now holding follow up drop-in sessions to outline a range of proposals which are designed to address the feedback received. This round of consultation will directly shape the proposals that go forward in the Aberavon Seafront Masterplan which will be put to the Council’s cabinet for adoption in early 2025.

Drop-in sessions

Public drop-in sessions will be held on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th October 2024 between 10am and 6pm at Aberavon Leisure and Fitness Centre.

At these sessions residents, and those with an interest in the seafront, will be able to comment on proposals and talk directly with members of the team who are devising new Aberavon Seafront Masterplan.

Online survey

The draft proposals can be downloaded below and feedback can also be provided via an online survey.

The survey will close on 3rd November 2024.
