Abnormal loads

Abnormal Load movements throughout the County Borough (as well as the Motorway and Trunk Road Network) are administered from the Council. Abnormal Load notifications are required for any vehicle exceeding Construction and Use Regulations, so that the Council, as Highway Authority can advise on the suitability of the proposed route and ‘Roadworks’ interfaces.
