Educational aims

Our primary concern as road safety professionals within Neath Port Talbot is the safety of all road users. We provide education and guidance for pedestrians and other road users.

To continue the Road Safety message in schools, we provide teaching notes and class activities for teachers. To advance child road safety education, we support parents, carers, school staff and teachers on best practice and what resources are available to them.  Our team keep up to date with latest technology and ensure that our delivery links to the new curriculum for Wales 2022.

Partnership work is an integral part of our education delivery to all ages.  We work closely with South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, South Wales Police, Swansea Bay University Health Board, Eco Schools and Play Wales to mention just a few.
