• ECO Funding is available to households in Neath Port Talbot. Measures available through the scheme include: Cavity Wall Insulation, Electric Storage Heaters, Floor Insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, LPG Central Heating, Room in Roof Insulation
