A PORT Talbot man who fly-tipped green waste near the centre of the town and failed to pay a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) ended up being sentenced to pay a fine, costs and a victim impact surcharge totalling £1,288.38.

The Tata Steel/ Port Talbot Transition Board met for the first time on Thursday, October 19 at the company’s Port Talbot site where it agreed the ways of working, its terms of reference and membership of the board.
