Information for businesses

Business and Supply Chain survey

Neath Port Talbot Council is working on plans to support workers and supply chain businesses affected by these changes, to protect and grow the local economic base to ensure a continuous pipeline of high quality employment opportunities into the future.

As part of this work, the Council is working with neighbouring authorities and partner organisations to understand the different types of roles and the skillsets required by businesses to support current and future employment needs.

We would be grateful for your views on whether there may be opportunities for your business to benefit from the additional supply of workers that will be entering the labour market. Also we need information on what types of jobs and skill level are needed, including professional and management, technical and manual roles.
