myNPT – Citizen Account

We are looking for residents from the Citizens Panel who would like to test a new digital platform we are developing.

The platform is a personalised account for residents to access council services. 

Examples of things you may be able to do within the account:

• view bin collection days and sign up for notifications
• view term dates, inset days and other details for your chosen school
• view councillor details
• receive updates on service requests
• view offers from local businesses

We want to make sure the service is easy to use and meets your needs.

Testing will involve using the service and giving us your feedback.

This may be through a mixture of:

• face to face meetings
• virtual meetings
• follow up surveys

We would like to give the citizens panel the first opportunity to test the account. Your feedback will improve our account before making it live to the public. It will generate ideas for future releases.
