Posting your Application Form

Due to the Royal Mail's introduction of Pricing in Proportion, it is crucial that you return your application form in the correctly sized envelope and with the correct postage. A normal first class stamp will not suffice. The image shows what stamp you must put on your envelope.

Please note that the Authority will not be responsible for any application forms arriving late.  Any late application forms will not be considered.

Applicants may prefer to apply on-line in order to ensure that the their application form arrives on time, and free of charge!

Information regarding job closing dates

Please be aware that any application forms received after 10.00 am on the specified closing date will not be accepted.  An envelope with a closing date postmark is not sufficient. Therefore application forms posted on closing date will be received too late and not accepted.

Jobs will automatically be deleted from this site at 10.00 am on the stated closing date.  On-line application forms state the time the form was submitted, therefore any form timed after 10.00 am will be "late".
