Welfare Rights
The Welfare Rights Unit is a specialist section which helps people claim the Welfare Benefits which they are entitled yo. If you think you may be able to claim extra benefits but don’t know where to start, then we may be able to help.
We can give benefit advice over the phone to find out if you have an entitlement, complete benefit forms and represent you at a benefit Tribunal if necessary
We run outreach surgery sessions in a number of parts of Neath Port Talbot where we will complete benefit forms. Alternatively we may be able to complete a form over the phone with you, or visit you at home, if you can’t get out.
We may also be able to come and give a talk to your organisation either at a team meeting for staff or to groups of service users.
