Adult’s and children’s single point of contact
Neath Port Talbot’s Adult’s and Children’s Single Point of Contact Team (SPOC) are a multi-disciplinary service here to offer you information, advice and assistance.
Please feel free to contact us and we will listen to your worries and help direct you to the best support available to you.
The purpose of the SPOC service is to act as the initial contact for people who require information and advice relating to the health and wellbeing of children, families and adults.
We can accept referrals and offer help concerning:
- support provided by the council or health services for children, adults and families
- support services provided by community organisations and voluntary groups for children, adults and families
- safeguarding issues of suspected abuse or neglect of a child or adult (If you are worried about someone’s immediate safety please contact the police on 999)

Residents can also access information about what support services are provided by community organisations through searching the online directory known as Dewis or by visiting their website.
