Four people whose homes at Cyfyng Road have been affected by landslips in Pantteg have lost their appeals to the independent Residential Property Tribunal (Wales) against being evacuated. The tribunal (a panel of three chaired by a lawyer) rejected the appeals unanimously, upholding Neath Port Talbot Council’s decision to impose Emergency Prohibition Orders (on safety grounds) on homes in Cyfyng Road in August 2017.
