Social Housing in Neath Port Talbot
Neath Port Talbot Council no longer owns any houses or flats that are available for rent.
All Council Housing was transferred to Tai Tarian (then NPT Homes) in 2011 and since then the Council and Tai have had a Joint Lettings Policy but Tai Tarian now own and manage that housing stock.
All local social housing for rent is now owned by the following Housing Associations and so you should apply to them directly - unless you are homeless or threatened with homelessness within the next 56 days
