Welsh language promotion strategy

As per Standard 145, the Council is required to draw up, publish and to draw up an action plan to promote the Welsh language with the aim of increasing language use and the number of Welsh speakers in the county borough.

Consultation report

As part of the development of the Welsh Language Promotion Strategy a consultation exercise was undertaken on the draft Strategy between 17 April to 15 May 2023. An overview of the responses received and how they informed the Strategy have been included in the Consultation Report.
