Assessment
You don't need a formal assessment for Lifeline or home safety equipment.
For Telecare remote monitoring or other changes to your home, we will need to carry out an assessment.
We will consider:
- your needs
- whether you rent or own your home
- whether the layout and structure of your home is suitable
After the assessment, we will recommend the best options to support you.
Cost
There is no charge for the assessment or any advice we provide.
You may need to contribute towards some equipment and adaptation costs. This will depend on your needs and finances. You could also be eligible for a grant.
